इस खंड में अदालत ने मध्यस्थता पुरस्कारों की व्याख्या में शाब्दिक नियम को प्राथमिकता दी, उच्च न्यायालय के एकल न्यायाधीश के आदेश के विरुद्ध लैटर पेटेंट अपील को अस्वीकार किया, और धोखाधड़ी के आरोपों पर मध्यस्थता से बाहर रहने का सिद्धांत स्थापित किया। साथ ही, सार्वजनिक अनुबंधों में हितसंबंध के विवाद, नशे की दवाओं के मामलों में प्रतिपूर्ति जमानत से वंचितता और दिवालिया कंपनी की संपत्ति की निजी बिक्री में नियत समय सीमा न पालन करने पर भागिक भुगतान की जब्ती जैसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर स्पष्ट न्यायिक मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।
